Disability friendly customer service: March 4 & March 18

The Access 4 All Spokane coalition wants to empower people in retail, hospitality, public services and health care to confidently provide disability-friendly customer service.

We have two “Making Welcome” sessions in March to choose from:

Monday, March 4, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute
711 S. Cowley St., Room # 200

OR

Monday, March 18, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Shadle Library
2111 W. Wellesley Ave.

“Making Welcome” provides practical tools for anyone  who wants to promote great customer service for all abilities and all ages in our area.

There is no charge. Snacks will be provided.
